Schedule a Meeting Room

All Parish Ministries, who wish to meet in any of the Parish buildings, must reserve a room by contacting the secretaries in the Parish Office. JoAnne Evans and Linda Settles handle our calendaring of events.  Because we have limited space and many parish ministries, ministries cannot assume that there is a room available on a specific day of time.  It is easy to schedule a meeting room or hall.  Simply complete the Scheduling Request Form (PDF) by printing it and filling it out and either faxing it back to the Parish Office or scanning it and attaching it to an email to Linda Settles.  One of the Parish Office staff will confirm your request and you will be assured of the room for the day and time of your meeting.
