The Dinner

This elegant evening begins with a fine selection of hors d’oeuvres and premium two and 1/2-hours of open bar. Guests will be given the opportunity to take part in the always exciting silent auction as well as a new tradition…the Chinese Raffle. This will lead into our fine dining experience.

Once seated, you will begin your dining experience with Minestrone Soup, followed by the Boulder Ridge Salad.

Your banquet entree includes a choice of one of the following*:

Roast Prime Rib - A carved 12 oz. portion of slow-roasted USDA Prime beef ribeye, served with au jus and a side of horseradish cream

Chicken Piccata - Boneless breast of chicken lightly sautéed in white wine, with lemon and capers.

*Vegetarian Pasta entrée available upon request.

Roasted Garlic Whipped Red-Skinned Potatoes, Green Beans Almondine and fresh dinner rolls will accompany this entrée.

Dinner will conclude with a scrumptious New York Cheesecake. Coffee and tea service to accompany.

After dinner, Déjà Vu will take the stage, but not before we round out our auction festivities with the always popular live auction and Raffle drawings. Our evening will conclude with a mix of dancing and fellowship. Spend some time and treasure in the company of good friends. Hurry, seating is limited… so buy your tickets today!
