PARISH OFFICE LOCATION & HOURS 
The Parish Office is located within the Church Building. The Parish Office Hours
are Mondays through Fridays from 9 AM to 5 PM, Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM, and
Sundays 8 AM to 1 PM. During June and July the office closes on Fridays at noon.
The Main Parish Office includes the Priests' offices, the Pastoral Associate's office,
the Director of Music and Liturgy's office and the Parish Secretaries. This Office is for
general parish information, parish registration, information about sacramental records,
information about baptisms and marriage, to speak with or make an appointment with the
Priests, Deacons, Pastoral Staff or the Parish Liturgist.

The Financial Office is located in the MINISTRY CENTER located east of the Church.
The Financial Office Hours are Tuesdays through Thursdays from 9 AM to 5 PM. This Office is for billing,
financial information, and purchases.

The Elementary School Office is located in the EDUCATION CENTER located east of the
MINISTRY CENTER. The Office hours are Mondays through Fridays from 8:30 AM to 4 PM.
This Office is for information about the Catholic Preschool, Kindergarten, and our Elementary School of grades 1 to 8.

The Religious Education Office is located in the EDUCATION CENTER located east of the
MINISTRY CENTER. The Office hours are Tuesdays through Fridays from 10 AM to 2 PM,
Saturdays from 8 to 10:30 AM, and Sundays from 8:30 AM to 1 PM. This Office is for information about the
Sunday Morning Pre-School and Kindergarten held during the 9:30 AM mass, for Religious Education of
Children in the public schools from Grades 1 to 5, and for information about the Reception of First
Reconciliation (Confession) and First Eucharist (Communion).

The Youth Ministry Office is located in the MINISTRY CENTER located east of the Church.
The Youth Ministry Office Hours are Tuesdays through Fridays from 9 AM to 5 PM.
This Office is for information about Religious Education for young people in the public schools in
Junior High (Grades 6,7, and 8) and Senior High (Grades 9 thru 12), and for Youth Ministry activities
such as socials, retreats, and social outreach for all youth of that age.

Rectory (Priests's Home): The Priests' Offices are located with Parish Office in the Church Building.
Normal business and the scheduling of appointments is done
through the Parish Office. The rectory number is for emergencies and personal calls.

PARISH BUILDINGS & MEETING ROOMS
Education Center (119 South Hubbard) contains our Catholic Elementary School and Elementary Religious Education Programs.
It contains 24 classrooms, a Chapel, the School and Religious Education Offices, a Cafeteria,
a Gymnasium/Stage/Parish Center, and extensive playing fields. It is the most eastern building of our
campus and is located on the corner of Algonquin Road and Eastgate Street. The Access Drive enters
from the west of the building.
Ministry Center (113 South Hubbard) contains the Financial and Youth Ministry Offices, McDonnell Hall
(larger meeting room) and Meeting Rooms for our Youth Ministry and the many other
ministries of the parish. It is located West of the new Education Center and East of the
Church and can be accessed from either the entrance to the Church Campus.
The Church Building (111 South Hubbard) is located on the corner of Algonquin Road and Hubbard Street.
It houses the Church; the Sacred Heart Chapel; Bethany Lobby; the Priests', Pastoral Associate's,
the Director of Liturgy and Worship's and general Parish Offices and can be accessed from
either the entrance to the Church Campus. The Sacred Heart Chapel is located in
the Church Building for the celebration of daily Mass and personal visitation to the
Blessed Sacrament in the Tabernacle. The Reconciliation Room (for the celebration
of Confessions) is also located in the Sacred Heart Chapel.
