| Ordained a priest for the Rockford Diocese in 1967, Father Mike has been Pastor of Saint Margaret Mary since 1993 and a Pastor since 1982. He has BA Degree in Music and Philosophy from Loras College, M Div. (Masters of Divinity) from Saint Mary Seminary and University, MA in Education from the University of Detroit and has completed course work toward Doctorate of Ministry from Saint Mary Seminary and University. He taught for 17 years in Catholic High School, 9 years of which he was the Assistant Principal and Head of the Religious Studies Department. |

| Ordained priest in May 2008. Father Slawomir was born on July 16, 1978 in the north port city Gdansk. His family live outside of Gdansk in small town called Pruszcz Gdanski. After being a seminarian for three years, moved to the United States. He enrolled at SS. Cyril and Methodius Seminary in Orchard Lake, Michigan (Polish-American) where he started to learn English and American Culture. On May 12, 2007, he was ordained a Deacon by Bishop Doran. In May 2008 he graduated from Mount St. Mary. with a Masters of Theology Degree. St. Margaret Mary is his first assignment. |

Father has been at Saint Margaret Mary since August of 2005. He comes to the Diocese of Rockford and our Parish from Poland. He was born in 1961 in Kamienna Gora. He attended Franciscan High School in Legnica, Franciscan Seminary in Krakow and Papal Academy of Theology in Krakow, and joined the Religious Order of the Conventual Franciscan in 1980. He was ordained a priest on May 23rd 1987 in Krakow. He has served in Poland at Glogowek, Dabrowa Gornicza, Jaslo, Kalwaria Paclawska and Sanok. During the last four years he was in Krakow, serving as treasurer of the St. Antony of Padua and Bl. James of Strepa Franciscan province in Poland.
