6th Grade News
6th grade is all about the Old Testament and learning about our Judeo-Christian heritage. St. Jerome says that "ignorance of Scripture is ignorance of Christ." When we read and learn about Scripture, we are learning about Christ.
7th Grade News
7th grade is all about sustaining the Catholic faith. We look at the many beautiful traditions of our Faith and why we do what we do!
8th Grade News
8th Grade is about making decisions and morality. We look at many different issues in the world today and moral and ethical ways to approach them.

Faith Groups are the Religious Education program for Junior High Students (6th-8th) at Saint Margaret Mary. The class structure is entirely different from the Elementary RE program. Classes are interactive and hands on. They do not have a traditional classroom setting or use textbooks. We rely on open discussion and exciting activities to discover the focus of each lesson. Each grade level has a specific focus of its own.
